Claire Thomas

Health & Wellbeing
Claire is a registered Osteopath and holds a first-class honours degree in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University. A member of the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy, she is Director and Lead Practitioner at CT Osteopathy. A fully qualified Sports Therapist, she also holds an additional degree in Physical Education. 

Previous work experience has seen Claire specialise in muscular skeletal injuries and she has worked with both professional elite athletes and members of the public of all ages to help them improve their wellbeing. More recently she has become involved in workplace ergonomics to establish and sustain better workplace environments for staff. 

Claire has extensive experience within elite sport which expands to working within athletics, football, rugby, and golf. With a keen interest in golf biomechanics. Claire has supported the charity SPARKS as their lead Sports Therapist at various celebrity golf and charity events.

Claire's elite sport experience utilised her skills for developing a focused positive mindset to achieve performance excellence. In addition, teaching further mental strength for a broader sense of balance and well being in their personal and professional lives.

Prior to forming Consultanci Vaughan was Managing Director of Personal Fundraising Services (PFS), one of the UK’s leading face-to-face fundraising agency’s recruiting over 150,000 across new supporters across Regular Giving, Lottery and Sponsorship campaigns within the D2D, Private Site and Street fundraising channels. 

With a strong track record of exceeding target through defining and delivering effective leadership strategies, Vaughan has proven ability in successful strategic level partnership development (UK, US and mainland Europe) and innovative problem solving.

Vaughan is a persuasive and resilient leader with a passion for motivating, energising and coaching continual improvement to help teams achieve their full potential and maximising life time value.

Luke Bower


Luke has managed marketing projects across the globe, implementing campaigns and launches in sectors such as FMCG, logistics, aviation and sports apparel.

With extensive experience in strategic marketing, encompassing target audience profiling, customer journey creation and analysis and messaging. Luke has 16 years experience working both agency and client side with brands such as Eli Lilly, TaylorMade and Adidas across various countries including New Zealand, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, US, Australia, South Africa, Sweden, Denmark and the UK. 

Luke has a proven track record of implementing strategies and processes to maximise return on investment through all marketing channels. He and his team manage all aspects of marketing including but not limited to; design, print, digital, brand, social media, copywriting, product launch, app development, augmented reality and video production.

Dale Rollison


Dale Rollinson has working continuously in compliance since 2012. As an IRCA ISO 27001 Principal Auditor, Dale keeps up-to-date with the latest cyber security challenges and legal requirements, such as the GDPR and DPA 2018. He has delivered ISO compliance projects across the UK for organisations ranging from early stage startups to companies with a global presence.

He champions the use of technology and cloud-based software to deliver tailored solutions for organisations concerned with achieving and maintaining ISO and GDPR compliance, while working to accelerated deadlines and without disturbing business-as-usual.

Dale brings the knowledge of adaptable best practice in compliance and business process improvement, gained from helping almost 500 clients across all sectors, where he has a proven track record of developing and implementing policies, procedures, controls and training staff to help create a culture of 'compliance-as-usual'.

Train & Coach

Consultanci offers a range of bespoke, participative fundraising training workshops, as well as coaching and mentoring to support your team and organisational development.
Workshops can be designed for your Board, Senior Management team, staff , fundraisers or volunteers. 

Our bespoke sessions can be delivered at your premises or other suitable location and can focus on any of our areas of expertise in fundraising and not for profit management. Our fundraising training can be delivered as a standalone service or as part of our wider fundraising consultancy service, according to your needs.
